Extra-curricular activities

Licence - child employment: The LEA issues licences for school age children to perform in the theatre or on television. Before granting a licence the Education Authority will liaise with the Headteacher of the child's school to ensure that the child's education will not suffer should that licence be granted.

School - clubs and activities: Schools may offer clubs and societies for students during lunch times, after school and during school holidays

Young people's drop-in activities: This service provides details of youth clubs as well as information about a wide range of drop-in activities for young people in the area.

Young people's organised activities: Provision and support of a range of educational services and social activities for children and young people.
