Shops no longer have to register with the local authority
to open on a Sunday.
If the retail area of your shop is less than 280 square metres,
you have unrestricted opening on Sundays. If the retail area of
your shop is more than 280 square metres, you are allowed to
open for six hours between the times of 10.00am and
6.00pm.
